Starting from the first time I wrote a "Hello World" and then over all the years working on the field I'm still learning and enjoying from every success and failure. Every day comes with a new challenge and every project brings me another opportunity to do my best.
I'm used to work with remote teams, leading the team and following the leader… Always focusing on the company goals. Working and coordinating with remote coworkers requires a special ability to organize, hear and being heard. Daily meetings and one-to-ones has been the key of the success.
I'm always trying to be an early adopter of best practices, open to test a new technology or methodology. Never tied to a single language or platform.
